Marilyn Monroe an actress that later becomes a style icon not only for film industry but for fashion industry as well. A past that always remain present and lives for future. She is remembered today and will be tomorrow as a goddess of fashion.
| Yet today the beauty of a women still compared with Marilyn Monroe... Actresses still get that look and still follow Marilyn'' acting as well as her dressing style. Marilyn's hair style is still famous and many of the women tried to make such hair style. So in short Marilyn is followed in many ways by many people. Here's a little story of her.... Marilyn was born in 1926 in Los Angeles in a charity hospital. Her mother never mention her fathers name so Marilyn never knows who her father was. She was named Norma Jeans. Her childhood was full of misery and agony. She get rapped at the age of 6 and get married to a man who she called daddy at the age of 16. She get divorced in 1946. |

After all this she started a new life. She get acting classes at Hollywood Actor's Lab and studied literature at University of California. Sooner she started acting in movies as a B class actress with little roles. But when she do "The Asphalt Jungle" in 1950, she get a 7 year contract with Columbia Pictures. Then her journey begin towards fame, success and never ending popularity. "Niagara", "Gentleman prefer Blondes", The Seven year Itch", "Bus Stop" and many more.....
Her personal life is also getting steps ahead, when she married to a baseball player, Joe DiMaggio. Then in 1956 she married to Playwright Arthur Miller surprising everyone. After two miscarriages she start taking pills and drugs. She get addicted and also fall in love with Yves Montad. After that she never been able to complete her movies and died at the age of just 36 due to drug overdose.
