Whole grain contains two most active components called Rutin and B-vitamin Biotin. These help in clear and moisturized skin. Rutin is an anti-oxidant enzyme that lightens the free radical load on the skin and internal organs. Wheat germs provide B-Vitamin which helps in producing fat cells, which is also beneficial for avoiding scaly and dry skin.
