Miracle Food For Skin

As every other person rely on beauty products and skin care creams, so do I. It becomes a part of your lifestyle that how much you can spend on each of the item avoiding the fact that they are not reliable source of beauty.  When you want to keep healthy, you exercise daily, walk in the morning, drink good amount of water, eat healthy food and sleep well. Similar is the routine for glowing healthy lustrous skin.

So what to do to achieve a beautiful healthy skin? Let’s go on virtual shopping for a while and take a look around you the best healthy food for a healthy skin. Beauty products are a temporary way for keeping your skin glowing and healthy but the way I am going to discuss here is long lasting and natural.

Go to a grocery shop and buy Whole Grain, Citrus Fruits, Sea Food, Red & Green Vegetables and Nuts. Why? Don’t worry all these food products have a major role. Let me tell you one by one.

1.       Whole Grains

Whole grain contains two most active components called Rutin and B-vitamin Biotin. These help in clear and moisturized skin. Rutin is an anti-oxidant enzyme that lightens the free radical load on the skin and internal organs. Wheat germs provide B-Vitamin which helps in producing fat cells, which is also beneficial for avoiding scaly and dry skin. We know we get lot of fiber from whole grain that is also beneficial for health and too many others. But how’s that, you get a plus for your skin too.

2.       Citrus Fruit

Citrus fruits are a good source of Vitamin C that keeps your skin firm and wrinkle free. Vitamins help in producing collagen which is most important for your skin. In old age or preferably after 35 take extra vitamins in your diet to avoid collagen breakdown. Tomatoes, Oranges, Lemon, Grape Fruit and Cherries are a good source for vitamin C. All kind of peppers are also rich in vitamin C, so make use of them too.

3.       Fish

Fish contains the most effective and active nutrient called Omega-3 Fatty acid and Zinc. These help in clearing and smothering of skin and also make your skin glowing. Omega-3 fatty acid helps in reducing inflammation that further prevent fast aging and prevent from diseases like eczema. It keeps your heart arteries clear maintain a good blood circulation. Secondly Zinc helps in acne cure. No matter you like it or not but it’s mandatory. Put fish in your grocery list and eat twice a week.

4.       Red & Green Vegetables

Red and green vegetables contain lot of Vitamin A and beta carotene which help in skin brightening. Eat lot of carrot, peas, spinach, cabbage etc.  These vegetables are rich in beta carotene that is later converted into Vitamin A. Vitamin A also helps in fighting against acne, producing new cells, that keeps your skin fresh and young.

5.       Nuts

We all know nuts are rich in Vitamin E that also helps in maintain skin freshness and keeping it young and silky soft. Vitamin E combats skin-aging free radicals, especially protecting skin from sun damage due to UV-sunlight-generated free radicals. Vitamin E also tends to help skin hold in moisture, relieving dryness and making skin look younger. Many nuts also provide good amount of Omega-3 fatty acids.
