Marchesa fall 2013 collection was all about Embroidery and the cool pants which Keren Craig said were perfect for pregnant women. Marchesa was known for red-carpet looks and their clothes were romantic and dramatic too. 

As far as i investigated, Marchesa's First runway collection was inspired by Indian attire like saris and bead embellishments. This season again the brand was all inspired by Indian traditional attire, Bollywood saris and hand embroidery. A rich red carpet spring 2013 collection presented at New York Fashion Week, the Marchesa is master of and at the same time sowed rich diversity of shapes.

Inspired by the William-Adolphe Bouguereau’s dramatic nineteenth-century painting A Soul Brought to Heaven”, Marchesa's collection is not just glamorous but dramatic and stunning as well. The gowns are solely meant for red carpet shows and big big gala's. These gowns soon can be seen at Oscar.
