The dramatic collection for Fall 2012 by Damir Doma at Paris was based on "Modern Renaissance". The pieces were quite comfortable with a heavy cross around models neck. The clothes were giving an overall voluminous look with over sized coats, baggy pants, big big skirts and layered effect. But the last few pieces were too light fabric wise.
The collection features, stiff frilled collars, drapes, obi belts, leather coats, fur jackets, suede blazers, leather lined pieces, high neck buttoned dresses, vest like jacket tied with obi belt, a modern jodhpur style pajamas, round collared jumpsuits, button less blazers, over sized fur collars, belts, hot pants, armor like vest worn over fur blazer and the sheer effect blouse with long skirt is the most dramatic piece i ever saw.
The color palette was also dramatic consisting of black, brown, orange, military green, violet and creamy peach. The belts, hats, the flat slippers specially the golden one, obi belts, cross necklaces and handbags accessorize the collection most fabulously.
