At Fall 2012 collection, Balmain showed best handworked pieces and heavy embellishments, the brand was formerly famous for. Olivier Rousteing combined that feature with egg-inspired embellishments, that was a perfect art work as well.
The collection features, leather sweatshirts, cameo embellishments, embossed velvet flairs, camp shirts, boxy over sized jackets, velvet pants, pearl and crystal embellishments, sweaters, cuffed leather pants, studs, velvet pants, crop tops, slim line trousers, squared-off shoulders, mini skirts, and quilted motorcyclist jackets.
The collection was all tough, lovely and adorable, with strong looks, pearl, sharp edgy shoulders and floral embroidery. Black, Beige, light torquoise and dark electric blue were the hues at Balmain.
