This week we get news about Raf Simon leaving Jil Sander. So this Fall 2012 collection is supposed to be a Farewell to Jil Sander. No doubt the credit of building this brand goes exactly to Raf Simmons but still the daparture of Simons is a bad news for fashion world.
The minimal lady like collection by Simmons features button less below knee's coats, long pocketed frocks with cutout bodices, coats lined in bright colors, round shoulders, panel bodices, outfits with piping, strapless sleeveless dresses, more shawl like voluminous coats tightly held by models, silk slip dresses, slits at bottom, jumpsuits, knitted sleeves, turtle neck, metalic fabric dress and skirt, skirt suits, a pvc mix pieces something looking like garbage bags material and folds.
The color palette not only consists of pastels like pink, nude, ivory, but also have some bold colors like scarlet and navy along with black.
