Derek Lam's pre-fall 2012 collection was all inspired from Japanese Trendsetters. The designer said "The photographs of Japanese guys, always look so amazingly put together." Derek Lam was inspired from the stree style photographs of Pitti Uomo.

The creative director at Chloe said "Women used to wear clothes for far longer, so it wasn’t so specific or one-dimensional or focused on the look of a particular season. You might see a check miniskirt of the sixties worn with something from the seventies, and that kind of effortless elegance is also very Parisian in a way.”

This is the first time i am not impresses by Celine's collection. I don't now might be it doesn't fit my mood or whatever. But really when i saw the collection the thing was only just Winter dresses that were warm.
