It is said that Thea Bregazzi designer for Preen takes inspiration from the colored teacup stack she saw in her home, when she visited her family in Isle of Man. Thea said “She has all these blue-and-white teacups, stacked up, which look incredible,” she says, laughing. “And the other thing,” adds Bregazzi’s partner, Justin Thornton, “is that Thea’s dad rides motorcycles, so a bit of biker crept into our thinking, too.”
The collection features, color blocked dresses, straight pants, padded shoulders, china patterned silk shirts and dresses, leggings, cigarette pants, pencil skirts, peplum skirts, knee length coats, crochet sleeves front, fur, lace, knee length frock dresses, high neck dresses, cable knit dresses and some giant cardigans.
The color palette was minimal but contains lot of attraction with bold hues like, Blue, orange, black, fresh green, white and a little woody brown. The pointed pumps paired nicely.
Justin Thornton said “This inter-season has become so big now, it takes as much work as the runway collection,” “And there’s so little time to do it all in."
