Girls gone bad at DSquared2 - Pre Fall 2012
- Written by Black Panther
Both the designer for DSquared2, Dan and Dean Caten, mark their Pre-fall collection as "Girls gone bad". As compared to their spring 2012 collection it looked more reformed and neat. Cigarette inspiration is still there strongly holding the clothing designs as well.
The collection features cropped cigarette pants, argyle cardigans, tweed miniskirts, pencil skirts, velvet tuxedo jackets, coats in bold hues, two toned cardigan, Tie back dresses, Double layered collars, big big pockets and checked shirts.
The color palette was cool consisting of Orange, Blue, tones of brown, fresh green, gray, black etc. Slim belts, bracelets, glasses, pointed pumps and the cigarette model holds are the key accessories used with the collection. The top high hair bun looked well paired with the dressing.
