#1 :: After preparing your face for makeup, First thing is conceal your under eye circle and dark color with a good concealer. When applying concealer remember do not rub it, just apply it and leave it to stay under your eyes. Apply a little eye base to your eye lids. #2 :: Highlight your eyes. Take a light color of eye shadow and apply it on the inner side of your eyes. Blend it fine. This is the key step. Don't forget.
