Daily foot care routine

Feet are as important part of our body as many other. But in fact as compared to other parts of body feet are the most neglected ones. We only pay attention to our feet when we feel some pain or face any kind of injury.

Imagine how you personality appear to be with bad looking feet. Imagine you bought a fancy costly shoe but it doesn't suits you just because of your untidy looking feet.

Whether you are having a busy life or not... must spare some time. Your feet need your attention. They need care that you and only you can provide them. Remember if you have an attractive personality but you have untidy feet then it cuts down your personality impression on others. Keeping this thing in mind follow these basic routines discussed in this section.

:: Warm water treatment and cleaning

Regularly spare a little time for cleaning your feet. To do so, take a tub of warm water, add a little shower gel, a spoon of mustard oil and a pinch of salt. Dip your feet in this warm water for half an hour of until the water is warm. Take a good foot scrub and scrub your feet. You can also use some foot scrub cream. This add a little more to your foot care. After doing this dry your feet with foot towel, moisturize them with good foot moisturizing cream.

If you have scars on your skin then must try moisturizing cream with Vitamin-E. This can help to cure little scars. Aside this fact Vitamin E cream also add a little radiant to your skin. Your skin starts glowing.

:: Winter Season Special

In winter weather Some people face the problem or sore, ruptured heels. In such case regularly apply petroleum jelly on your feet and put socks your socks on at night. This routine can help prevent as well as cure sore heels.

:: Foot Exercise

Regularly do a little foot exercise. This will strengthen your feet as well as provide your feet some relief from pain due to daily tasks.

  • Stretch your toe upwards by holding it in your hands. This will strengthen your feet as well as leg muscles.
  • Secondly stand straight on the floor. Place a pillow on the floor. Grip this pillow with your toe and raise your toe to the height of your knee. Repeat this five times.
  • Hold one of you leg up with one of your hand. Stand on other foot toe. stand in this position for a minute. repeat this many times according to your strength.

:: Removing Calluses

Regularly remove hard skin under your feet that form callus.T o do this you must use some foot scrub, pumice stone along with foot scrub cream. If you avoid removing callus then some day it will become too hard and make walking difficulty.


These are the daily routines that you must follow in order to achieve soft neat looking milky and health feet that enhances your personality too.
