Foot Hygiene Essentials

Not only the face but the pretty feet also make your personality. So never avoid feet during daily hygiene routines. Before bathing spend at least 20 minutes on your feet. Massage them gently, scrub them and clean your nail cuticles.

Trimming ingrowing toe nails

The most important part of foot hygiene is taking care of ingrowing nails. This is among the worst foot problems. Dip foot in little warm water soak for 15 minutes and then trim ingrowing or undesired toe nails. So you must have a fine nail cutter and nail filer in your bathroom.


FOOT SCRUBS AND STONE SCRUB - TO REMOVE DEAD SKIN

Scrub your foot means removing dead cells. When we remove dead cells the new skin below it appears smooth and clean. This maintains hygiene and our skin become soft too. For this you must have a stone scrub and some good foot scrub cream. First scrub your feet with stone, remove dead skin and then wash. Now apply a little amount of scrub cream and gently massage on your feet for approx. 10 minutes then wash.


FOOT MASSAGE OILS - RELAXING AND SOFTENING SKIN

Foot massage oil is another essential product everyone must have. These help keep your skin soft and firm. Another good benefit is increased blood circulation by massaging. FOOT SPRAYS - TO AVOID BAD ODOR

Oh! the bad foot odor is the problem that every person face, even if you regularly clean your feet. For this problem, twice or thrice a week, treat your feet with warm water and lemon juice. Dip your feet in it. You can also add some aromatic oils as well. And for daily treatment must use some Foot sprays to avoid bad foot odor.
