As we all know summer season is too hot to bear. It is not only hard to bear but also harsh for our skin. Too many problems appear as weather changes from one height to another. Too much sweating occur that is hard to bear. This also affect skin. Sun heat Tan our skin color too much these days whenever we go outside for our daily routines. But I don't gave you the suggestion that don't go outside during summer, no not at all.
Let me tell you some summer skin care routines that help prevent your skin from damage and keep your skin glowing and fresh in such hot season as well.
Drink lot of water and fresh juices as to protect yourself and your skin from dehydration. Drink fresh fruit juices to refresh yourself. This is turn also refreshes your skin and supply additional skin vitamins that help your skin glow.

If you follow this tip then surely your skin never get that dry and dull look.
Sun exposure not only Tan your skin color but sometimes burn your skin as well. Avoid exposure to sunlight directly, walk more under shades while outside. Use daily sun blocks, with highest amount of SPF. I personally suggest you to use such products from Neutrogena and L'OREAL.
Keep a bottle full of rose water with you every time. Wash your face with rose water 2-3 times a day. In addition mix rose water with a little mud and apply on face, neck and hands. In summer our body sweat faster due to which we face open pores problem. This mask gave you a quick remedy for open pores.
Avoid using moisturizing lotions and winter creams during summer. The weather is almost humid so avoid too much moisture. This can also damage skin. Just for a trial, use L'OREAL Nutri-Summer Lotion. I try myself and found it best of all moisturizing lotion for summer season.
Do not scrub your skin daily in summer season. Just use scrubs once or twice in 15 days. Too much exfoliating also damage skin and make your skin more sensitive against sun heat. Rubbing again and again make your skin more prone to damages.
I am sure if you do follow all above routines for summer season, then you surely get a good fresh skin in summer season.
